Introducing the new branding and custom WordPress web design for Coquitlam Realtor Kadie Bloom. Kadie came to me looking for a complete refresh of her online presence. Today I’m sharing all the gorgeous details of the project!
Professional & Stylish Realtor Branding
We were after a high-style design that came across as both polished and professional. The new brand identity had to be clean yet really wow viewers.
Kadie was known for a teal blue that could be seen throughout her social media and existing assets. We decided to keep this colour because of it’s familiarity. To increase the drama we added high contrast to the overall colour palette. Here’s the moodboard that started the design process.
For the primary logo design, we went with a polished and classic choice. I selected a didot font with high contrast between the thin and think lines of the characters. The overall effect is dramatic, mature, slightly traditional and high-end. The uppercase treatment is bold and mature so the overall logo reads strong and reliable.
Here is the final monogram in Kadie’s new colour palette.
Custom WordPress Website Design with Realtor Listings Integration
One must-have for the website was Realtor listings so Kadie could feature her current properties without having to manually update her site. The other benefit to an integrated IDX listing is lead captures. When visitors browse the MLS listings, they are prompted to sign in and create an account to view more.
To get the custom web design look we were after plus have the integrated MLS listings, we had to go with a WordPress solution for the site.
The custom build features her new brand identity, featured listings, past sales, information for buyers & sellers plus MLS property search via the KVCore plugin.
Every detail reflects the care and integrity with which Kadie approaches her work.
