In early 2021, I had the dear pleasure of helping London, UK based systems and automation consultant Claire Whittaker with branding & web design. Her business was moving in a new direction and it was time to bring her name front and center. This meant a refocus on her consulting work, courses, and digital offerings. So today, I’d love to share the refreshed branding and custom WordPress website we created for her.
But first, why the refreshed branding & new website? Here’s what Claire had to say:
“I really hated my website but I knew that updating it myself to the style I wanted would take me a lot of time and I didn’t have the right skill set.”
“It made me feel like I didn’t want to drive traffic to my new website and that it was a dead asset that took away from my brand.”

Claire still loved many parts of her previous branding for AI Claire, courtesy of Wales, UK design agency Lemon and Birch. In particular, the circle monogram mark and some of the icons were still very much on point.
We created a new wordmark logo for name recognition to complement the monogram she still adored. The acronym AIC was kept in the primary logo as it still represents the systems and automation Claire is passionate about.
Along with the new brand marks came a smart but chill colour palette and updated font styling.

Quirky, empowering, creative & caring. Claire’s new website gives her audience a sense of the efficient and fun experience they’ll have when setting up systems for their business.
Our goal was to create a space where her clients would feel welcome. A place where they felt comfortable to get in touch, invest in her course, or purchase items from her online shop. I’m sad to say, her gorgeous website is no longer live as I update this post in November of 2023. But, we can still enjoy the design via the images captured here.
